The discussions were followed by parallel hands-on workshops, which include activities such as writing straight news and social media plan.

Dr. Centeno and aProf. Felicidario worked alongside Dr. Rex L. Navarro, international expert in development communication and former CDC faculty, who was the resource speaker for communications planning.

A total of 40 participants from 18 HEIs in Cambodia completed the workshop, which was organized to equip them with basic and necessary skills to produce effective public communication initiatives for their respective universities.
