FAQ: OCS: How do I remove the AWOL status?


  • Write a letter of request explaining why you incurred AWOL status. Submit it to the Office of the College Secretary (OCS).
  • The student records evaluator (SRE) will check your academic standing.
  • You will then be issued an AWOL form by the SRE.
  • Accomplish the AWOL form.
  • Bring the AWOL form to the cash division at the administration building and pay the corresponding fees.
  • Return to the Office of the College Secretary and present your AWOL form and official receipt.
  • Get your Form 5A from the Office of the College Secretary during the first day of late enrollment.
