FAQ: CDC Website: Reset Account
In most cases, the site displays the error when you sign-in. You can refer to the list below for the different errors you might encounter.
- Invalid username. Make sure you are using the username you registered to the website. If you have forgotten your username, you may use your student or employee number as your username.
- Invalid password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, request a new password.
- Account suspended. Suspicious accounts are suspended for security reasons. Account suspensions are not lifted automatically, account holders must proceed to InfoTRU to request for unsuspension.
- Security block. You may be blocked for several hours in case of suspicious activities. These blocks are lifted automatically.
