Through this venue, the nominees' visions, plans, and programs for the college will be presented to CDC's constituents. This will be followed by the committee's interview and consultation with CDC faculty; research extension, and professional staff; and administrative staff. Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as the alumni sector, will be interviewed and consulted as well. After the interview and consultation with CDC's stakeholder, the committee will proceed with its interview of the nominees.

The committee is set to consolidate and write their report on the consultation and interview by August 28, which should be finalized by the following day. The search committee's deadline for their report is on August 31.

As explained by Dr. Camacho, the schedule of activities for the search was initially set before the end of july. However, changes were considered to accommodate the schedule and earlier commitments of the committee members. He also clarified that the search committee was not convened not to rant nor to make a nominee popular. But rather, they are to gather facts and information about the nomination, the nominees, and about the college, including the challenges that the college will be facing in the next years.
